Built to be trusted
on your business line.
You're handing us your phone, the front door to your business. Here's exactly how we treat what comes through it: plainly, and without the legalese. The full details live in our Privacy Policy.
Recorded, transcribed, disclosed.
Every call is recorded and written down, and every caller hears, right at the start, that they're speaking with an AI and that the call is being recorded. No hidden recording, no surprise on the other end. Audio is deleted on a rolling ~90-day cycle; the transcript is the record you keep. We never use recordings to create a voiceprint or to identify anyone by their voice.
Your callers' data stays in the US.
All of our infrastructure, and all machine processing of personal data, runs on servers located in the United States. The Service is built for US businesses and their US callers, full stop.
Yours while you stay. Deleted when you go.
Audio recordings age out on a rolling ~90-day cycle. Transcripts and call data stay available for the life of your account (they are your business records) and are deleted within 14 days when you cancel. The narrow exceptions: consent and opt-out records (including consent recordings) we keep for legal compliance and defense, and anything the law requires us to hold. Ask us to delete a specific record sooner and we will, within technical and legal limits. Where a provider supports zero-retention, we turn it on.
We collect only what the call needs.
A name, a number, the appointment, the question. The AI asks for what the job needs and steers callers off oversharing. It won't take a Social Security or card number, and anything sensitive goes to a secure link, never a transcript. We don't build advertising profiles or hoard data we have no use for. Less data collected is less data at risk.
We never sell your data, and you stay in control.
We don't sell or share your data or your callers' data. You, the business, are the data controller; we're the processor working on your behalf, and we help you answer any access or deletion request a caller makes. In ordinary US-only operation we do not process EU- or UK-origin data; if we ever agree in writing to, we would put the Standard Contractual Clauses in place first.
US data stays in the US, even as we grow.
If we ever expand to serve businesses in other countries, your data doesn't move with us. US customer data, and its machine processing, are hosted and stored on US servers, and we do not offshore that data. (Our small team administers the Service under strictly limited, need-to-know access from wherever we work; the data itself stays put.) If that ever needs to change, we will tell you first.
The honest part: no system is unbreakable, and anyone who tells you theirs is should worry you. What we can promise is that we use reasonable, layered safeguards, hold as little as we can, keep it in the US, and treat your callers' data like it's our own. If you ever have a question we haven't answered here, write to [email protected].
A receptionist that answers, and protects.
Every call answered, written down, and handled with care, around the clock. Talk to the founder and we'll set it up on your own line at launch.
