Connect First AI Employee to EZLynx.

Industry software1 routeRoute facts checked August 28, 2026

This page shows every cataloged route for this app and marks the most capable working path. The route works only when the stated required fields and account gates are present.

You authorize and keep control of the provider account. No page view means an account is connected.

Every available route

More than one route is shown when it adds a real capability or gives you a customer-owned alternative. Recommended means most capable today, not already connected.

Set it up: Customer-owned Zapier workflow

The customer's EZLynx plan and user permission must allow Zapier. A shared household phone can match the wrong applicant, so stop on no match or ambiguity, verify the returned identity against the caller name when available, and pass a connected-account test before activation.

01

Confirm that your EZLynx subscription and user permission include Zapier, then connect EZLynx in your own Zapier account. Do not send EZLynx credentials to First AI Employee.

02

Install the private First AI Employee app, require a non-empty caller phone, search by cell phone, and require the returned identity to match the caller name when available.

03

Map the verified Applicant ID, test and read back an approved non-production note, and only then activate the Zap.

Verify the complete result

Do not activate writes until every stated requirement and provider gate is satisfied.

Account ownership and data boundaries

The route sends only the event fields needed for the action you configure. Provider credentials stay in the approved connection or are sealed by First AI Employee where the guide explicitly says so.

  • Your provider and automation accounts remain yours.
  • A successful transport test is not the same as a verified provider write.
  • The pages never claim a native or two-way sync unless that exact capability exists.
