Your busiest week is the worst time for a form to stop taking answers.

Build a form in your dashboard, publish it to its own link or drop it on your site, and it keeps collecting however many people fill it in. Every submission lands in your dashboard, and your AI employee remembers what came in.

In one line

FAEForm is the form builder inside First AI Employee: branded forms that ask one question at a time, hosted on a link or embedded with one script tag, with responses in your dashboard, CSV export, and no monthly limit on how many people answer.

Launching soon. Reach out and Roscoe will build your first form with you.

It does not close because too many people answered.

A form that hits a monthly limit stops being a form. It becomes a dead page in the middle of the week you needed it, and you usually hear about it from the one customer who bothered to call and ask why.

FAEForm has no monthly response cap. Your form closes when you close it. Delete a response you did not want and nothing gets credited back to you, because nothing was counting in the first place.

Run the promotion. Put the link on the truck. Collect what comes.

What the form does.

One question on the screen, the next one after that. The kind of form somebody finishes on a phone while standing in their own kitchen.

One question at a time

The form asks, they answer, it moves on. It reads like a conversation instead of a wall of boxes, and it behaves the same on a phone as on a laptop.

Fourteen kinds of question

Short text, long text, email, phone number, multiple choice, dropdown, yes or no, opinion scale, rating, NPS, number, date, a statement screen, and a consent checkbox. Any of them can be required.

It branches on the answer

Send a burst-pipe answer down one path and a new-install answer down another. People only see the questions that apply to them, which is the shortest honest form you can hand somebody.

It looks like you

Cream, charcoal and oxblood out of the box. Set your logo and your colors and the form wears them, and the contrast gets checked so your text stays readable whatever you pick.

A link, or one script tag

Every published form gets its own hosted link you can send, print on an invoice, or put in a bio. One script tag puts the same form on your website, inline in the page or behind a button that opens it. The script is under 4 KB gzipped.

Answers land where you can read them

Responses collect in your dashboard, one row per person, every answer readable in place. Export the loaded responses to a CSV file whenever you want them in a spreadsheet.

Built for phones and screen readers

Keyboard shortcuts, labeled controls, real focus states, and a page light enough to open on a bad signal in a driveway.

Your AI employee remembers what people send.

Somebody fills in your form on Tuesday and calls on Thursday. Does anyone on your end already know what they wrote?

With FAEForm, yes. A completed form becomes part of what your AI employee knows about that person, so when they call or text the business later, their answers are already in hand. The customer does not tell the story twice, and nobody is searching a spreadsheet while they wait.

It works because the form writes into the same memory your receptionist and chatbot read from. No export, no import, no extra wiring. The match runs on the phone number they gave you, which most intake forms ask for anyway.

How it works.

Three steps, and the third one is the part other form builders leave to you.

1

Build it in your dashboard

Add your questions, mark the ones people have to answer, and set the branches that skip whatever does not apply. Publish it when it reads right.

2

Publish to your link, or embed it

The form goes live on its own hosted link, and one script tag puts it on your website, inline or behind a button.

3

Answers arrive, and stay known

Responses land in your dashboard to read and export. Each one also becomes memory your AI employee has the next time that person calls or texts.

Common questions.

How many responses can I collect?

There is no monthly limit, and a form never closes itself because a lot of people answered it. It closes when you close it. Deleting responses does not buy you room, because nothing is counting.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

Fourteen types: short text, long text, email, phone number, multiple choice, dropdown, yes or no, opinion scale, rating, NPS, number, date, a statement screen, and a legal consent checkbox. Any question can be required, and answers can branch the form to a different question or a different ending.

Where does the form live?

Every published form gets its own hosted link, and the same form goes on your own website with one script tag, either inline in the page or behind a button that opens it in a popup.

What happens after somebody submits?

The response lands in your dashboard, where you can read it and export the loaded responses to a CSV file. It also becomes part of what your AI employee knows about that person, matched on the phone number they gave you, so the next call or text starts with their answers already in hand.

Can I put my own branding on it?

Yes. Your logo and your colors, applied to the whole form. The contrast is checked as it renders, so a color that would leave your questions unreadable falls back to one that reads.

When can I get it?

We are launching soon. Reach out and Roscoe sets up your first form with you, on your branding, and you see it working before you send it to a single customer.

About the price.

FAEForm is not sold separately. It comes with First AI Employee from the Basic plan up, so there is no second bill for forms and no meter counting responses. No monthly cap either, and no form of yours gets switched off for being popular.

This is a young product. It does less today than a form builder that has been around for a decade. What it does, it does without a meter, and it hands every answer to the employee who takes your calls.

Reach out and Roscoe will show you which plan fits before you commit to anything.

Put the form up and leave it up.

No monthly response cap, no form of yours closing on its busiest day, and every answer waiting for the employee who takes your next call. We are launching soon. Reach out and Roscoe will build your first one with you.
