How minutes work: All plans are metered with a small built-in buffer. Call time counts from connect to hangup in 15-second blocks, rounded up, so every answered call uses at least one block. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period, and unused minutes don't roll over. As you approach your allowance we'll reach out so you can upgrade; we never bill a surprise overage. Prefer flexibility? Opt-in overage is available at $0.20/min, and Scale drops that to $0.10/min; on Growth and Scale, texts past the allowance meter at $0.025 a segment. It's off by default, so you're never charged a surprise, and you can switch it on any time so you're never capped mid-month. Filtered spam and robocalls don't count against your minutes. If one slips through and we verify it, those minutes come back 1:1 and land in that month's available minutes at no charge, with nothing for you to report. The credit ends with the billing period.
One flat monthly price per plan: Essential is $99 for 400 minutes, Growth $199, and Scale $349 for higher volume. There's no setup fee, no per-call charge, and no contract. AI Chat & Replies, our other product, starts at $25 a month.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. A 7-day free trial puts the voice receptionist on your own line, capped at 400 minutes and custom-trained on your business. A card starts it, and you can cancel any time before it ends without being charged. When the 7 days are up it becomes the Essential plan ($99/mo) unless you cancel first.
Do you charge per minute?+
Not by default. Your price is flat inside your plan's monthly minute allowance. If you'd rather not be capped during a busy stretch, you can opt in to overage at $0.20 a minute ($0.10 a minute on Scale), with texts past the allowance at $0.025 a segment on Growth and Scale, but it stays off unless you turn it on, so there's never a surprise charge.
What happens when my included minutes run out?+
Nothing you didn't choose. Overage is off by default, so we never quietly start metering. If your month is tracking past your allowance, we reach out and you decide: move up a plan, switch on overage at the published rate, or stay put. Filtered spam and robocalls never count against your minutes.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. It's month-to-month with no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty, and you can cancel yourself from your account dashboard. When you cancel, your recordings and transcripts are deleted within 14 days, and we keep only what the law requires, such as records of consent.
Can I buy it if my business is outside the United States?+
No. These plans are for businesses operating in the United States only. The receptionist answers on a US phone number from a US carrier, and business texting needs the one-time US carrier registration (10DLC), so we cannot set one up for a business based anywhere else. Activation asks where your business operates and turns down anything but the United States. AI Chat & Replies lives on your website and needs no phone number, so it carries no such limit.

The details before you decide.
How much does AI Chat & Replies cost?+
One flat monthly price per tier: Essential is $25 for 5,000 chat messages, Growth is $49 for 15,000, and Scale is $99 for 50,000. What you are paying for today is the chat. Review replies are built and waiting on Google to approve our access; they are included on all three tiers when they open, and no tier price goes up for them. No setup fee, no per-chat charge, no contract.
Why is website chat sold together with review replies?+
Because it is one trained assistant doing one job in two places. The same knowledge of your hours, services and pricing that answers a visitor at midnight is what will write the reply to last night’s review. Splitting that into two products meant two bills and two logins for the same brain, so we stopped. Straight answer on where it stands: the chat half runs today, the reviews half does not. It needs Google Business Profile access, Google approves that on their schedule, and we will not put a date on it.
Can I buy this with the AI receptionist?+
Yes. It runs on the same bill and the same login as the receptionist. And if you are on a receptionist plan, any of the three, the free tier comes with it: the website chat widget, trained on your business, with 1,000 answered messages a month, switched on in your dashboard. The paid tiers add bigger allowances, from $25/mo.
What happens if I run out of chat messages?+
We reach out before you get there rather than after. There is no automatic per-message billing on this product. On Essential and Growth the allowance is a hard stop: the assistant stops answering until the month resets, and nothing is billed past your tier price. Scale is the one tier that can switch on an optional overage instead, off by default. Either way you choose: move up a tier, or leave it as it is.
Is there a free trial?+
Not on this one. The 7-day free trial is for the voice receptionist, which we can put on your own line to hear. For AI Chat & Replies, you switch it on yourself and it starts answering, and you can cancel it yourself from the dashboard at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Month-to-month, no long-term contract, no cancellation penalty, and you cancel yourself from your account dashboard.
Pick your Forms plan.
Build a form, share the link, and read the answers in your dashboard. Every tier keeps collecting responses within fair use. What changes as you move up is how many form identities you can keep and create.
On a paid plan? Forms comes with it.
AI Chat & Replies Essential and Growth carry Forms Growth. Scale and every paid AI Receptionist plan carry Forms Scale. You never pay for it twice.
How Forms is included: paid AI Chat & Replies Essential and Growth include Forms Growth; Scale includes Forms Scale; and every paid AI Receptionist plan includes Forms Scale. Standalone Front Desk does not unlock a paid Forms tier, and Forms does not unlock Front Desk. A form counts whether it is a draft, live, or archived. Editing a form does not count as creating a new one. Every tier can keep collecting responses within fair use. Existing forms stay available when you change tiers, and new identities pause only while you are over the effective limit.
Pick your Front Desk plan.
Front Desk is the office your AI employees work from: contacts, accounts, jobs, pipeline, tasks, and reports. Every account gets the Free tier with one human workspace user. Team and Scale add room for the rest of your crew.
Paid AI Chat & Replies and AI Receptionist plans include Front Desk access.
Essential and Growth include Front Desk Team. Scale and every paid AI Receptionist plan include Front Desk Scale. Standalone Front Desk does not unlock paid Forms.
How plan limits work: Free includes up to 1 human workspace user and the core Front Desk tools. Team includes up to 10 users and the advanced tools. Scale includes everything in Team for up to 100 users. File storage is pooled across saved Forms and Front Desk files. The highest storage tier on the account applies, and allowances do not add together. CRM records and text do not consume file storage. Existing files, records, and users stay available when you change tiers. New file uploads and user additions pause only while the workspace is over its effective limit.
