Front Desk

The office your AI employees work from.

Your AI Receptionist and AI Chatbot do the work. Front Desk is where that work lives: contacts, client accounts, jobs, pipeline, tasks, reports, and the rest of your day in one CRM workspace.

Included free with every account.

An office is useful because somebody works in it.

Front Desk does not answer a call or chat with a customer. That is the employee’s job. It gives the employee a place to put what happened, and gives you a place to pick it up.

Without an AI employee, it is an empty office. That is why Front Desk comes with every plan instead of sitting on a price list by itself.

The office

Front Desk keeps the customer record, the work, the next step, and the result together.

The employee

AI Receptionist works the phone. AI Chatbot works the website conversation.

The work has somewhere to go.

A conversation is only useful if the business can act on it. Front Desk turns the customer, the job, and the follow-through into records your team can keep working.

Contacts

Keep the people who reach your business and the history around them in one place.

Client accounts

Organize households and companies around their people and jobs.

Jobs

Track the work itself instead of leaving it buried in a call or chat record.

Pipeline

See opportunities by stage, what is expected to close, and what needs attention.

Tasks

Give the next step an owner and a due date, then keep open and overdue work visible.

Reports

Keep daily, weekly, and monthly activity summaries where your team can return to them.

One office. The employee you need.

Start with the employee that matches how customers reach you. Both work in the same Front Desk, so your team does not have to rebuild the business around another login.

Already run something? Good. Keep it.

Plenty of businesses that call us have never used a CRM. Front Desk is for them, so the work has somewhere to go on day one instead of living in a notebook and a shoebox of receipts.

Plenty of others already run Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or a spreadsheet that has quietly worked for nine years. We are not asking you to move. Your AI employee should hand the work to whatever you already trust, and the system you run your business on stays the system you run your business on.

Where we are heading

Front Desk is being designed to be open to any CRM or job-management tool, and we are saying that as a goal rather than a finished feature. Today it books into Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly, and it can post to your own tools through a webhook. Everything past that is on the way, and this page will say so plainly when each one lands.

What that means for you

Nothing here needs you to switch. If Front Desk turns out to be the simplest place to keep your customers and jobs, use it. If your existing system is doing the job, keep it and let your AI employee feed it.

The office is already in the plan.

Choose the employee. Front Desk comes with it.
