Refund Policy

Este documento se publica únicamente en inglés. La versión en inglés es la única vinculante.
1. The short version
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can hear the Service on your own line before you pay anything. If you subscribe and change your mind, you can still get your money back. During your first 45 days as a customer, any payment you make can be refunded in full for 7 days. From day 45 on, each new payment can be refunded in full for 3 days. Close your account while a payment is inside its window and we refund it automatically, no email needed. For everything else, email [email protected].
2. Your refund window
The window depends on how long you have been a customer on the date of a charge, counted from the day your paid subscription started. If that is fewer than 45 days, you have 7 calendar days from the charge to request a refund. If it is 45 days or more, you have 3 calendar days. In practice: your first two monthly payments carry the 7-day window, and renewals after that carry the 3-day window.
The window applies to every payment you make for the Service: your first month, monthly renewals, plan changes, and add-ons. A request inside the window gets a full refund of that payment, every time. Any other request is processed manually: we read it and decide case by case. Where applicable law requires a refund, you get one regardless of the window. This policy adds to any rights the law gives you; it does not take any away.
3. How to request a refund
If you close your account, you do not need to ask: any payment still inside its refund window when you close is refunded automatically. For any other refund, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us which payment you want refunded. [email protected] works too. You do not need a reason, a form, or a phone call. We confirm every request by email within one business day.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back in full to the payment method you paid with, through our payment processor. We submit the refund when we confirm your request; banks and card networks then typically take 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement. That part of the timing is theirs, not ours.
Refunding a payment cancels the subscription it paid for, and paid features stop when the refund is issued. Billing mistakes are different: a double charge, or a charge after you cancelled, is corrected in full whenever you catch it, with no window.
5. Credits and the free trial
Account credits are not payments and are never paid out as money. That includes the credits we grant while carrier registration for texting clears and the minute credits we add for verified spam calls. The free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund: cancel before it ends and your card is never charged.
6. If we cancel your account
If we end your subscription for our own convenience rather than for a breach of the Terms of Service, we refund the unused part of your current billing period pro rata. If we end it for a breach, refunds outside the windows above are not owed unless the law requires one.
7. Before you file a chargeback
A card dispute usually takes weeks. An email to us takes a business day, and if a refund is owed under this policy you get it without the wait. If a charge from us looks wrong, write to us first.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here applies to charges made while it is posted. We tell active customers about material changes by email at least 15 days before they take effect, the same notice we give for changes to the Terms of Service.
9. Contact
This policy works together with our Terms of Service (Section 6 covers billing) and our Privacy Policy.
