Create a Zap with New Contact from First AI Employee, then choose Freshsales Suite and Create Contact.
Authorize your own Freshsales Suite account and complete this account-specific requirement: Map any custom fields required by the customer account.
Map Event ID and the caller fields you actually need, test the downstream record in the provider, then turn on the Zap.
