Set it up

Open Integrations in your First AI Employee dashboard and use the current private-app invitation shown there.
Create a Zap with New Lead from First AI Employee, then choose Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Find or Create Lead.
Authorize your own Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM account and complete this account-specific requirement: The Microsoft tenant may require premium connector or API access.
Map Event ID and the caller fields you actually need, test the downstream record in the provider, then turn on the Zap.
