Direct Guesty Open API reservation connection

The receptionist reads the selected listing calendar, requests a provider quote, and creates a confirmed reservation in Guesty after the caller approves the stay. The direct lane is limited to one bound listing. It does not collect payment cards, charge money, modify existing reservations, or select a different listing during a call. Go-live remains conditional on the customer account and deployment flag passing the test.

What it does

Before you start

The property owner creates Guesty API and Webhooks client credentials with listing and reservation permissions, then selects one listing in Integrations. The deployment must have the direct Guesty lane enabled.

Set it up

Create a least-privileged Guesty API and Webhooks client.
Paste the Client ID and Client Secret in Integrations and verify the returned listings.
Select the listing the receptionist may book.
Run one test stay and compare the returned reservation ID with Guesty before using live callers.

Account ownership and data boundaries

The route sends only the event fields needed for the action you configure. Provider credentials stay in the approved connection or are sealed by First AI Employee where the guide explicitly says so.

Your provider and automation accounts remain yours.
A successful transport test is not the same as a verified provider write.
