First AI Employee can connect to a Lodgify account, discover the properties and room types visible to its X-ApiKey, read availability, and create a confirmed reservation in the owner-selected room. The connection is conditional on the deployment gate and a successful customer smoke test. It creates reservations only after availability is rechecked and the caller has explicitly confirmed. It does not process payment, cancellation, or modification.

What it does

First AI Employee can connect to a Lodgify account, discover the properties and room types visible to its X-ApiKey, read availability, and create a confirmed reservation in the owner-selected room.

Before you start

Lodgify must issue an X-ApiKey that can read the account properties and create reservations. The owner selects one returned property and room type during setup.

What it does not do

Set it up

Paste the Lodgify X-ApiKey in Integrations.
Load the properties and room types returned by Lodgify, then select the room this receptionist may book.
Run an availability check for a future test stay.
Create one confirmed test reservation and verify the returned booking ID in Lodgify.

Verify the complete result

A go-live test must show a provider-returned reservation ID in the selected property and a matching guest record, with no duplicate created on retry.

Account ownership and data boundaries

The route sends only the event fields needed for the action you configure. Provider credentials stay in the approved connection or are sealed by First AI Employee where the guide explicitly says so.

Your provider and automation accounts remain yours.
A successful transport test is not the same as a verified provider write.
