Free trial terms
Try the Essential voice receptionist for seven (7) days once your phone number is live. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
What's included
The trial is available once per customer and includes the Essential voice receptionist, with up to 400 minutes of call handling. SMS and texting are not included.
When it starts
Your seven (7) days start when your phone number is live, not when setup begins. If setup takes longer, we extend the trial. It will not convert to a paid subscription or charge you before your number is live.
When the trial ends
Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid Essential subscription and your payment method is charged the then-current monthly fee. Essential is currently $99 per month. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
If you choose Growth or Scale
These plans do not include a free trial. If you subscribe directly, your first charge happens when your phone number is live. If you switch to one during the trial, after your number is live, the trial ends and you are charged for the new plan's first month. We add the trial's 400 minutes to that month's allowance and credit unused trial days on your next invoice, valued at Essential's daily rate.
